Whatever your shopping style – department store, quirky independent, or a good old rummage around looking for bargains in an antiques shop – Scarborough will have something for you. The busy high street has plenty of mainstream shops, and just off it, popular Bar Street and Huntriss Row bristle with luxurious and arty one-offs.
There are, of course, many small, independent salons and shops around the town, that are worth visiting too. Don't forget to drop by at Scarborough Market Hall and Vaults, for anything from fresh fruit and vegetables above to unique vintage clothing and jewellery in the vaults below.
