I want to arrive after the check-in time.

What should I do?
Any guests wanting to check in after reception hours close (8pm) should contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival.

 

Where possible we will try our best to accommodate guest requests but this may not always be possible.  Late check-in is subject to a charge of an £10.00 per hour after reception end time 8pm.

 

I want to arrive before the check-in time.

What should I do?

Any guests wanting to check in before the check-in period should notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Early check-in requests can't always be fulfilled due to current guests staying and housekeeping procedures. If possible we will try our best to get your room ready for your arrival. Early check in is subject to a £10 additional fee.

 

Does the hotel provide food and drinks?

Softs drinks and snacks are purchasable from reception, however, we do not offer cooked hot food, but we are ideally located near many food outlets. 

 

Can I bring my pets?

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, unfortunately, we do not operate a Pet-friendly policy.

Terms & Policies

Arrival: 
Guests must arrive between 3pm and 8pm. If booked over phone or desk, the full amount or a small deposit is required, usually a charge for one night.

Please bring the payment card used to secure booking.

If paid by 3rd party please submit a payment form prior to arrival, click here to download or new payment due on check in.

 

Cancellations and No Shows:
Cancellations and changes must be made 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged for your stay. 

 

If card details are requested upon failure to authorise booking we must be contacted within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled. If this falls on your arrival date, the room will only be held until 6pm.

 

Departure:
Check out is until 10.30am.

 

Penalties:

Strictly no smoking within the hotel.

Any guests smoking will be expected to pay a fine up to the sum of £250.

 

Damages:

Damages incurred from guests will result in a  fine to compensate for losses, which will be charged by card or cash.

 

Proof of Identification:

Photo ID is required for all guests wishing to check in.
